Jogging is certainly a good way to keep fit. I will recommend a magazine for men should have the fitness and exercises you can do at home without equipment. I also do yoga in the living room to stay toned.

If you have only a reasonable amount of healthy foods and take a stroll through the neighborhood to eat if you are near where you are on foot, the rhythm when you use the phone to find any excuse, just get up and go somewhere, and if you just cash in a gym! :)
